Big shout out Sunday...........

Another new series shall begin right now with 'big shout out sunday'! Why? Well, why not? So, the first shout out goes to ONEHUNDREDHOURS (pictured below) These guys are the real deal, talented, honest, passionate and a complete blast onstage. Rock n Roll through and through, these guys display a kind of connection with God in their music that i can relate to. Its not just about the "mountain top" stuff that dictates so much "worship" music these days. They speak truth from real life experiences of love and loss. Sunday night not so regular.....

We just heard Tre Sheppard speak tonight. Philip, my bro (atiG) manages his band. Anyway, Church was a little different from the usual, we had Johnny Parks leading worship during our 6.30 service and then afterwards he entertained us in a shindig that featured Tre speaking. Tre is simply awesome, a great guy with a wonderful gift for communicating. He is also hilarious and crazy and combines these attributes brilliantly with a message of hope from God. It was cool to have some laughs with him in "The Minister's Room" between services. We need to hang more with Tre i reckon..........though he may just have unsettled me a tad with his message, perhaps i will talk about it another day. Now, im tired and i need to sleep.
