I am scared of Mark Driscoll
He screams like no other man i know!! This entire sermon is probably seen by many as controversial, out-dated and harsh? This clip shows Mark angrier than i think iv ever seen him BUT in the context of what he is talking about, i personally feel it is justified, i agree with his perspective/teaching on 'men & women,' in fact i have rarely disagreed with Mark since i started to listen to his sermons, even when he uses so-called 'harsh' language. Anyway, I will have to listen to the whole thing again, i had the sermon playing while i worked this morning so there were some points i missed.

when i heard this i couldn't believe how angry he got, but to be honest i think it's righteous anger, coming from my perspective of being engaged i found this sermon really challenging, but very helpful

Yep, its a kick to the ass but entirely justified in his anger! Speaking of myself i probably need firmness & directness like this.
Praise the Lord for Driscoll's courage to speak out to us
hahaha im scarred of him too now! When he started screaming I almost spit my coffee on my computer screen!
As far as how and what was said, Im not 100% sold either way, I dig most of it, but my shield automatically goes up when he says things like "shame on you" Im not sure Christ wants to be shamed or condemned!, remorseful and repentant? yes. but shamed? not so sure!

Yea it's defo not the kind of message you want to watch with your wife beside you lol...
